Coordination includes making sure everyone knows where to be and when, speaking with vendors, and helping navigate throughout the day and event. Additional support can be provided if addressed and specified.
Additional Services
- Custom Decorating & Design: Designing centerpieces and decorations for your event. Includes setup and takedown. Pricing contingent on needs.
- Invitation & Stationery Design: Custom invitations for your event. We can also address and mail them for you.
- Inventory Rentals: We maintain an inventory of décor and event items available for rent. Pricing TBD based on selection.
Payment & Deposit Policy
- Deposits: Half of the total package price is due at the time of booking or at your first sit down with the officiant.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than one week before the event.
- Nonrefundable Deposit: Please note that all deposits are nonrefundable.
